The Celtic Company Atlanta, Georgia | Irish music and dance

As director of The Celtic Company, John Maschinot arranges and presents performances featuring a variety of artists and ensembles, for a variety of performance situations: concerts, festivals, corporate and private parties, weddings and wedding receptions.

The Celtic Company is a logical outgrowth of  John Maschinot's love of artistic collaboration. For more than 3 decades John's developed professional relationships and friendships with a wide range of both traditional and contemporary performers: instrumentalists, vocalists, dancers, & actors.

As leader of The Buddy O'Reilly Band, he's brought traditional music and dance to stages across the Southeast, and throughout the U.S, for almost three decades, introducing audiences to Celtic music "before Celtic music was cool". The trio ensemble Celtic Fire, in collaboration with Young Audiences Woodruff Center, has brought Celtic music and dance to literally thousands of school children and families over the past three decades.  And the Ah  Surely trio offers foot-stomping, hand-clapping Irish music, dance and song!

The Celtic Company has been presenting small and large scale productions and internationally known touring artists for over twenty years, including Atlanta's popular Celtic Christmas - Music, Dance and the Soul of the Season at The Rialto Center for the Arts, Georgia State University.
